Nobody knows you better than YOU! What do you love? What are your dislikes? Learn to listen to your body and spirit.


  1. Meditation on future self- Who do you see yourself as, in the future?


  1. Converse with future self- Write a letter from future self, then reply from your current being. What would you tell yourself?


  1. Hold yourself in positive light- Your belief of yourself is projected.


  1. See, Manifest and focus- See your true self, not what you think is expected of you. Manifest what you want. Hold yourself in constant positive focus.


  1. Educate yourself- Learn something (about a food you love or about a food you want to try) new every day.


  1. Keep a journal- Journal your daily thoughts and feelings. Also, keep a food journal of what you eat and how you feel (emotionally, physically and spiritually) when you eat it.
